Vigilance Awareness Week

Brief writes up on the activities conducted during Vigilance Awareness Week-2025.

  1. The Vigilance Awareness Week, 2025 was observed at Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli from 27.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 as per directives issued by CVC. The main theme of this year’s Vigilance Awareness Week was “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)”.
  1. As per schedule activity dated 27.10.2025, 1000 pamphlets, 90 posters exhibiting on anti-corruption themes were distributed and displayed at prominent places in Administrative Building, Workshop, Shopping Complex and Township premises of MCF/RBL to infuse vigilance awareness amongst the officers, employees and public at large.
  1. Further, a Vigilance Pledge taking ceremony was organised on 27.10.2025 at GM’s Conference Hall, where PHOD’s & CHOD’s were administered the pledge by GM/MCF/RBL. In addition to above, Vigilance pledge taking ceremony had also been conducted at Administrative Building, Workshop where pledge were administrative by concerned HOD’s/Dy. HOD’s to all officers & Staff of MCF/RBL. 
  1. As per schedule activity dated 29.10.2025, vigilance pledge to all teaches and Integrity pledge to all students of Ganesh Inter College/Aihar was administered by Dy. CVO/MCF/RBL followed by a lecture on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)”.
  1. As per schedule activity dated 29.10.2025, Vigilance pledge to all teaches and Integrity pledge to all students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, MCF was administered by SVO/MCF/RBL followed by a lecture on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)”
  2. As per schedule activity dated 29.10.2025, an Essay writing competition on the them “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)” was organized, in which about 52 students of Ganesh Inter College/Aihar have participated.
  1. As per schedule activity dated 29.10.2025, an Essay writing and Cartoon/Poster competition on the them “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)” was organized, in which about 82 students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, MCF have participated. 
  1. As per schedule activity dated 30.10.2025, a Marathon on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)” was organized to start from Shopping Complex/MCF/RBL, in which 150 persons including children have participated.
  1. As per schedule activity dated 30.10.2025, a separate Quiz Competition for Gazetted and Non-Gazetted officials were organised in which about 33 officers & Employees have participated.
  1. As per schedule activity dated 30.10.2025, a Lecture session on topic "Recent changes in public procurement policies Vigilance Prospective" carried out during VAW' 2025 at Main Conference Hall/Administrative Building/MCF/RBL.
  2. As per schedule activity dated 31.10.2025, an online Customer/Vendor Grievance Redressal Camp & E-meet was organised by Stores Department, in which 20 officers & 37 Contractors were participated.
  3.  As per schedule activity dated 31.10.2025, a prize distribution ceremony was held at main conference hall, administrative building/MCF/RBL. During this, prizes were distributed by CVO to all winners of essay writing/poster/cartoon, Quiz organised during Vigilance Awareness Week'2025. 

  4. As per schedule activity dated 31.10.2025, a Nukkad Natak on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी साझा ज़िम्मेदारी)” organised.

  5. As per schedule activity dated 01.11.2025, a seminar on activities carried out during VAW'2025 was conducted at GM's Conference Room, Administrative Building, Vigilance Bulletin-2025 was also released by General Manager on this occasion, which is available on MCF Website.
